Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) are customized maintenance plans built to keep your equipment running longer and your Cat investment performing at its best. A CVA makes machine ownership simple—streamlining maintenance, ensuring expert support, and delivering peace of mind through proactive equipment health management.


With a CVA, your parts arrive when you need them and you receive the priority service your operation depends on— or we pay. Through our Services Commitment, maintenance and common repair parts are guaranteed to be available next business day. And because uptime matters, we also provide a 2nd-day technician response for unplanned repairs. If we can’t meet that commitment, you’ll receive up to $1,000 in Cat Credit to help cover the costs and keep your operation moving.

With Wyoming’s Back to Work Commitment, construction customers with a labor-inclusive CVA get:

  • BACK UP WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS. CVA plans with dealer labor include common repairs completed within two business days of your initial contact**.  Timeframes for major repairs may vary. 
  • If your common repair is delayed beyond two days or the agreed completion date, you'll receive $1,000 in Cat Credits.
  • LABOR COVERAGE. Repairs are covered if your equipment is enrolled in a labor-inclusive Construction Industry CVA issued after January 1, 2026.

With Wyoming's Parts Next Day Commitment, as a Construction Industry Customer, you’re covered when you need maintenance or common repair parts for CVA-covered machines:

  • PARTS BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. If a qualifying maintenance, wear, or repair part doesn't arrive by the end of the next business day, we'll issue up to $1,000 in Cat credits.
  • NO WAITING, NO GUESSING AND NO SURPRISES.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH EVERY CVA

  • Services Commitment: Your maintenance and common repair parts will be available when you need them. If they're not, we'll help cover the cost by giving you a Cat Credit for the value of the late part up to $1,000. Plus, if you include service in your CVA, we offer technician response time to fix or diagnose unplanned repairs and have your machine back up and running in 2-days or an agreed upon date.
  • Flexible options for a new Cat machine, a Cat Certified Used machine or a Cat machine you already own.
  • 24/7 asset monitoring provides maintenance alerts on machines approaching service intervals.
