Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) are customized maintenance plans built to keep your equipment running longer and your Cat investment performing at its best. A CVA makes machine ownership simple—streamlining maintenance, ensuring expert support, and delivering peace of mind through proactive equipment health management.
With a CVA, your parts arrive when you need them and you receive the priority service your operation depends on— or we pay. Through our Services Commitment, maintenance and common repair parts are guaranteed to be available next business day. And because uptime matters, we also provide a 2nd-day technician response for unplanned repairs. If we can’t meet that commitment, you’ll receive up to $1,000 in Cat Credit to help cover the costs and keep your operation moving.

With Wyoming’s Back to Work Commitment, construction customers with a labor-inclusive CVA get:
- BACK UP WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS. CVA plans with dealer labor include common repairs completed within two business days of your initial contact**. Timeframes for major repairs may vary.
- If your common repair is delayed beyond two days or the agreed completion date, you'll receive $1,000 in Cat Credits.
- LABOR COVERAGE. Repairs are covered if your equipment is enrolled in a labor-inclusive Construction Industry CVA issued after January 1, 2026.
