CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Rental Customers are responsible for the following:
- Read and follow all safety instructions.
- Read and follow the Equipment Operations Manual.
- Read and follow all terms listed on rental contract.
- Visually inspect equipment for damage upon delivery and document on checkout sheet prior to first use.
- Report any and all damage to equipment to Wyoming Cat Rentals for duration of rental contract.
- Theft, vandalism, loss of equipment, etc. - From time of delivery to time equipment is picked up or physically returned and checked in.
- Follow daily maintenance checklist for equipment.
- Contact Wyoming Cat Rentals when unit is nearing specified service interval.
- Tire damage and track damage including excessive wear and flats.
- Insurance on equipment.
- Refueling equipment.
- Call Wyoming Cat Rentals before equipment will be scheduled for pick up.
- Photo ID required at time of pickup. Must be 18 years or older to rent equipment.
- 100% Credit card deposit required for rental. Major Credit Cards accepted.
