Fluid Analysis Lab
- SOS-Web Fluid Analysis Log In
-
A key part of ensuring your equipment’s ongoing health.
Caterpillar machines are subject to continually increasing customer demands. As a result, design criteria require components to operate at faster speeds, higher temperatures, and more extreme pressures. Monitoring equipment parameters is therefore more critical than ever. Cat Equipment Management (EM) Services use electronic data, fluid analysis, machine inspections, and other criteria to aid in this process. Fluid analysis is an integral part of the Cat EM Services and Cat Condition Monitoring processes.
Cat SOS Services is a fluid analysis process developed by Caterpillar to monitor the overall condition of equipment. At Wyoming Machinery Company, we analyze fluids from all different makes and models using the Cat SOS process. Technicians at our lab run numerous tests to determine the presence of abnormal wear, oil condition, oil contamination, and other issues. Test data is used to monitor the machine health of engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, final drives, gas compression engines, compressors, and more.
Our commitment at Wyoming Machinery Company is to maintain your machine’s overall health and prevent small problems from turning into catastrophic issues. We help customers attain low operating costs, peak performance, and top resale value.
